Christmas Eve Day at the Huffmans

On Christmas morning, we headed down to Santa Cruz to celebrate Christmas with Justin's family.  Once again, pretty much everyone was there!  Including Justin's Dad and his wife, which was such a wonderful surprise (We found out a few days before).   As per usual, Dan & Michelle cooked up delicious meal.  They made individual spinach boats.  They were so good, and it was nice to be able to eat one while holding my sleeping niece (Scary to think that next year she may be too big to nap on me =)..)  However, Dan also pointed out that he did it this way due to the fact that I eat too much spinach dip and he hardly gets some.  Hmmm-  My first Thanksgiving in Auburn I ate all the black olives... I am sensing a pattern and I think I may need to eat less!   I think everyone had a great time.
